ALPUKAT BUAH SERBAGUNA DAN KAYA MANFAAT 

Alpukat (Persea americana) — dalam Bahasa Indonesia baku menurut Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia disebut sebagai avokad — merupakan buah yang sering kita jumpai. Buah serbaguna ini memiliki banyak manfaat dan khasiat bagi manusia. Ada banyak zat yang kaya manfaat yang terdapat di buah ini. Buah berwarna hijau ini sering dimanfaatkan untuk jus atau bahan dalam es campur maupun hidangan lainnya. Rasanya yang nikmat membuat banyak orang menyukainya. Sebagian orang takut untuk mengkonsumsinya karena dianggap memiliki kandungan lemak yang tinggi. Apakah memang benar demikian? Apa saja manfaat dan khasiat alpukat atau avokad?
